Notification Activities

You can set up unlimited types of activities for sending notifications. To send a training activity notification, you must select one of the pre-installed training activities. You can change the default training text if so desired.

The My TMS page displays activities with icon buttons for check-in and check-out functions, previewing the current document, and other functions. The My TMS activities page can be sorted by clicking on the link for each column header. The selected column will be highlighted in green with an Up Arrow indicating Ascending sort order. For a descending sort order, the column will display in blue with a Down Arrow. After sorting, the sort order will stay until you re-sort. The default sort order is by Due Date.
