Monitoring Electronic Signatures

The electronic signature is created when an individual receives a training activity and enters their password after selecting the signature icon. This action creates an e-signature with the date and time stamp of the sign-off. The date and time stamp are attached to the record.

If a training activity has no time stamp, this designates a manual training record entry (see the sample screen below). Note that the date and time stamp will be taken from the location of the web server and not the location of the PC where the sign-off occurred.
