Training Notification Options for Training Deviation Reports
Deviation reports allow for the creation of activities and notification on training gaps. Note that reports will include all deviations. If you request to create activities, the system checks to see if there are already outstanding activities for a listed document/user. It does not create duplicate activities or pull information for inactive users and documents.
Deviations can be determined two ways:
- Assuming something based on existing training
For example: If you begin the training process for an employee and they receive training for an SOP that is used in a job, the system will assume that you are planning to train the employee for that job.
- Using Job Planning
This requires the set up and pre-planning of the jobs for which you would like to train an individual.
