Training Deviation by Job and Employee Using Job Planning

Run this report if you use Employee Job Planning. This report reveals deviations based on specific job assignments. For example: The report will check an employee’s job planning to determine job requirements and then check the employee’s current training records against those requirements.

You can use the following options when running this report:

  • Select specific users, a group of users, or a whole department
  • Select a job or a group of jobs
  • Create activities and assign a due date
  • Send email notifications
TIP: Running Deviation Reports. When running deviation reports, it is recommended to first run the report without selecting Create Activities. This will allow you to preview the information prior to creating activities.
