Training Deviation by Job and Employee

NOTE: This report requires a special request; contact QSI if this report is needed.

Use this report if you do not use Employee Job Planning. This report reveals deviations based on assumptions. For example: If you train an employee on a document that is used for a particular job, the system assumes that you are beginning the training process for that employee on that job. This report would be applicable for cross-training employees without using job planning. When executing the report, you are required to enter parameters.

You can use the following options when running this report:

  • Select specific users, a group of users, or a whole department
  • Select a job or a group of jobs
  • Create activities and assign a due date
  • Send e-mail notifications

To automatically send training notifications to the employees who appear on the report, select the Create Activities and/or Create E‑Mails option.
