Cycle Notification Reports Using Existing Training

This report creates training activities based on the training cycle of documents using an employee’s existing training. This report uses a flag that is set in the document table. Information is entered by months (Retraining Cycle), and the report checks the cycle against current training records and the date entered for the training deadline. It then reports any users whose training falls outside the entered parameters. This report is used for annual training, such as OSHA or other training pertaining to certifications and expirations.

You can use the following options when running this report:

• Create Activities and Assign a Due Date.
• Select Documents.
• Select Jobs.
• Select Locations.
• Send E-Mail Notifications.
• Training Deadline. Select a training date (up to) for expired training.
