Manually Entering or Deleting Training Records from the Manage Training Records Menu Option
Use the Manage Training Records option on the Main Menu side panel if you would like to enter training on prior versions of documents with actual training dates and not grandfather dates.
To enter training records using the Manage Training Records menu option:
- In the Global Permissions table, an administrator must assign the user Read/Write permission to set the Enter Historical Training Records option. To allow the user to delete training records using this option, assign Read/Write with Delete permissions.
- After making the permission changes, as the user, you must log off and then back on to invoke new permissions.
The Manage Training Records option is now available under Training Center on the Main Menu side panel.
- Select Manage Training Records.
The Manage Training Records page displays.
- You can select Enter Training Records by User, Enter Training Records by Document or Delete Training Records.
If you select Enter Training Records by Document, the page for choosing the document displays. Select the document (only one) and the Manage Training Records page for the chosen document displays.
- Select the Users (one or many).
- Select Revision number.
- Select the Training Effective Date.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
The system returns the verification of the number of records that were updated.
If you select Enter Training Records by User, the Manage Training Records page for the chosen user displays.
- Select the User (only one).
- Select Documents (one or many).
- Select the Revision number.
- Select the Training Effective Date.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
The system returns the verification of the number of records that were updated.
All training information is included in the training reports.
