Allowing Department Managers to Complete User Activities

A user’s department manager will be sent the notification activity and can complete the activity for the user if:

  • The Manager Notification option in the user record was selected (refer to Adding Users)
  • The Can Manager Complete option was selected for the activity type record (refer to Adding a New Activity Type)

You might want to set this up if the actual user does not have access to the TMS system, but you still want to track the user’s training on the organization’s documents.
