Manager Sign-Off on Training Activities

If you are a manager, you may be required to sign off on employee training. A manager is assigned to a department, and individuals are assigned membership to the department. If the user flag for the employee is set to Notify Manager, the manager will receive the activities. The manager will have an extra column for Training Signoff on their My TMS page (see the example in the following procedure).

The system also allows managers to signoff by document ID and training activity type, so that you can do a group signoff instead of entering your e-signature numerous times.
