User Training Activity
After moving the document to current and generating training activities, the standard training activity is created.
When a user receives the activity and selects either the Comp’d or the Signature 
icon, the system displays the following prompt:
The user must provide a valid password to take a quiz.
- If the user passes the quiz, the training activity is updated.
- If the user fails the quiz, a training record is not created.
The number of times an individual can take a quiz is based on parameters assigned in the Application Options. (For additional information, refer to Quiz Module Parameter Settings in Application Options).
