Merging a Quiz with Document Routing

You can assign a quiz to a specific document by using the Required Quiz Document field located on the General  tab of the Document Detail page. Once a quiz is assigned to a specific document, you will receive a new (Quiz) icon on the review activity during document routing. The Quiz icon links you to the quiz to review for changes to the quiz. When training activities are issued for the new version of the document, the individual must pass the quiz to be trained on the document.

To assign a quiz to a document:

  1. Create a quiz with a document for the Quiz Base.
  2. Search for the document on which you based the quiz and select the (Information) icon.
  3. Go to the General tab.
  4. Click the Edit button.
  5. Assign the quiz to the document in the Required Quiz Document field.
  6. Click the Save button.

When the document is placed in review, the new  (Quiz) icon will appear on the review activity, as shown below.
