Check List for Implementing the Quiz Module

NOTE: A quiz location is automatically created and should not be deleted or changed if using the Quiz module. Check to make sure you are not currently using a location called “quiz.” If you are, you need to rename.
  • Install Quiz module.
  • Assign permission.
  • If desired, change description of user quiz Document_Quiz activity under activity type.
  • Set Application Options.
  • Add quiz questions.
  • Add quiz.
  • View quiz questions to verify proper pool of questions.
  • Determine any required questions.
  • Take sample quiz to verify number selected and correct answers.
  • Assign quiz to jobs and/or documents (optional).
  • Create quiz activities using standard deviation reports, notification options, or standard review cycle.
