Job Training Tab
This tab displays the documents related to the jobs assigned to a user (if using Job Planning). The Job Training tab will list a user’s completed training, required training (training not yet scheduled), and pending training (training that is waiting for completion from the User Activity page).
The Job Training tab can be accessed via the View Training Details link located under the progress bar on the My Activities page or from the user table. If the Application Option is set for allowing users to Print Training Certificates, a printer icon displays next to completed training. If the individual has the prior rights to schedule their own training, they are able to schedule their own training by clicking the Schedule Self-Training link.
