The Admin Permission Group

After installation, one permission group comes preconfigured—admin. The admin group has full permission to all functions and documents.

You should not modify the permission rights of the admin group, as you must have one permission group that has full access. You can restrict the full access that this group has by which users you assign to it. At least one user—the overall TMS administrator—should be assigned to this group.

If you want to give certain users access to some of the TMS administrative functions, but not all, you can always create another permission group for that subset of functions and assign those users to it.
