Copying TMS Document Links to Other Applications

If you would like to embed a TMS-controlled document link into other applications and check for document effective date, you must manually type the link using the following URL:

http://<servername>/<tms site name>/document_displaybyname.asp?name=<document id>&DisplayEffectiveDocument=YES

where text red is constant, text blue is site-dependent, and black text is the document ID of the document in TMS.
