Example Activity Settings
- If First Notify Before Due Reminder Days is set to 3, the user receives a notification reminder that the activity will be due in 3 days.
- If Second Notify Before Due Reminder Days is set to 1, the user receives a second notification reminder that the activity will be due in 1 day.
- If User Overdue Reminder Days is set to 5, the user receives a notification alerting them that the activity is 5 days overdue
- If User Overdue Subsequent Days is set to 2, the user continues to receive alerts regarding the overdue activity every 2 days until it has been completed.
- If Manager Overdue Reminder Days is set to 15, the manager receives notification if a user in his department has an activity overdue by 15 days.
- If Manager Overdue Subsequent Days is set to 5, the manager continues to be reminded every 5 days until the user completes their activity.
