Creating a Standalone Notification Activity

You can create a standalone activity by entering DOCUMENT_SA_NOTIFY_ <activity descriptor>. This will enable you to send standalone activities for individuals to complete.

For example:

DOCUMENT_SA_NOTIFY_AddUser

This activity type would be used to tell an individual to create a new user in the system. Once the activity is created, the standard notification and pinging process would begin for the activity.

Using the DOCUMENT_SA_ descriptor would also ensure that the document ID information is included in the email and also the Activity Detail page.
