Relating Sub Jobs

Sub-jobs are used only if you are not using the job planning function. Using sub-jobs will automatically link jobs together for reporting deviation or training gaps. For example, the Warehouse Supervisor job might include the Shipping Clerk and Forklift Operator jobs associated to it as sub‑jobs. Then, any documents listed as requirements for those sub-jobs would automatically be included as requirements to the Warehouse Supervisor job. This feature helps you to organize your document requirements, and saves having to define requirements multiple times in the same job area.

If a job has a sub‑job defined as a requirement, and that sub‑job also has a sub‑job defined for it, the requirements of both sub‑jobs will be linked to the job.

NOTE: You cannot create job/sub job associations deeper than three levels.
