Viewing Distribution List Information
To view detailed information about a distribution list:
- Click the Distribution Name link on the Distribution List page.
The Distribution Detail (General) page displays with the name and location of distribution binder. It also provides a link that can be copied and pasted into other controlled documents; for example, a process map that you would like to link directly to a list of documents that are attached to the process. The link is displayed as a small double-blue box located to the right of the Name entry.
- Click the Document detail tab.
The Distribution Detail page displays with all associated documents.
