Editing Distribution List Information

To edit a distribution list’s information:

  1. With the Distribution List page displayed, click the distribution list name link.

The Distribution Detail page displays.

  1. Click the Edit button.

The Distribution Detail – General page displays in edit mode, showing the same fields as the New Distribution List page. Refer to Adding a Distribution List for more information about the distribution list information that can be set.

NOTE: The Load Item button loads all the documents used for building the relationships. If you have a large number of documents, this can take some time, so you may prefer to use the Search button. The Search button will allow you to choose numerous parameters, such as type, title, and job. This may be helpful when creating relationships based on specific groupings.
  1. When you are done making your changes, save them by clicking the Save button, and then click the Exit/Cancel button.
  2. Go to the Documents tab, and then click the Edit button to make any necessary changes to the list of documents assigned to the distribution.
