Language Support
The system is capable of switching between languages based on a user’s permissions. During installation, the default language is English for each user. To change the default language, you must edit the user table for the individual and set the primary language. Users, if they have permission, are able to switch between languages using the General tab from the User Menu/Users Preferences menu option.
The system does not ship with language files. If requested, these files are installed separately.
The language files display the following information in the specific language requested:
- Headings and sub-headings
- Menu options
- Column headings
- Field names
- Some error and warning messages
- Page titles
- Tabs
NOTE: All documents and metadata will display in the language in which they were published.
