Cycle Notification

Pulls employee training information based on whether their training records have expired. Cycle Notification Report Using Job Planning

(CycleNotify.rpt)

Pulls employee expired training, but only for documents that are in the employee’s job planning table. It uses the date Training Deadline and looks at each document with a cycle and employee training records that fall outside this date You can override employee notification and send it directly to their manager.

If using the Default Training Type set in the General  tab of the document detail, this setting will be used to notify another trainer, review group administrator, or the department manager.

Each report includes

            ·Training Effective Date

            ·Cycle Length (months)

            ·Expiration Date Cycle

            ·Overdue Days

Grouped by Location and Employee.

Entries include: Document ID, Revision, Title, Job/Training Effective date (if applicable).

            ·Due Date of Activity in Red (if Scheduled and Overdue)

            ·Not Scheduled (training activity has not been scheduled)

Training Hours by Document

(training_hours_document.rpt)

To use the Training Hours reports, you will need to add a free use field called Training Hours . You are then able to add the number of hours that it normally takes on average to deliver the training for the particular document. The report will then calculate how many hours of training the company delivered for the selected date range. The report pulls data from both the current and archive training tables.

 The report is grouped by Document and displays the following:

Document ID/Title/Training Hours/User/Revision/Training Effective Date, and Total Training Hours by Document.

Hours should be entered with 2 decimals. For example: 1½ hours should be entered as 1.5.
