Form Packet Age Report Dashboard

The Form Packet Age Report dashboard will display if you have the Forms and Workflow Module installed. It represents the number of packets closed during the specified period. Selecting the graphical bar for the particular month displays the Age Report Details  page, which lists the Form Group, Location, Packet ID, Description, Create Date, Close Date, and Days to Close. The default for this graph is All Form Packets, but you are able to select an individual packet group.

• Clicking the column header will do a high-to-low numerical sort.
• You can select a custom date range or use the drop-down list for selecting: Year to Date (Default), This Month, Last Month, Last Quarter, Last Year, Last 2 Years, and Last 3 Years.
• You can view the chart as a Column, Pie or Bar chart, and display the chart in 3D.
