Opening a Closed Packet

Opening a closed packet requires Admin permissions to the location of the packet.

If the packet was created via a workflow, you will receive a warning message that opening might allow for editing. Editing however, will only be allowed if the form has not been locked by a signature.

NOTE: Activities will not be restored for a completed workflow.
 

If the packet was not part of a workflow (manual form), then you will receive a different message that all activities (completed and uncompleted) will be restored. If you have Admin rights to the location of the packet, you will be able to edit it.

When you click Yes to re-open a manual form has been locked by signature, you will be allowed to unlock the form for editing by clicking Unlock Form.

After you click Unlock Form, you will have two choices: reactivate all activities or delete all activities.

NOTE: Deleting activities will require reissuing.
