Change Order # Source |
Options are Packet ID, Packet Description, and Field Value. If selecting Field Value, you will be prompted to select a field from the Change Order # Field . |
Change Order # Field |
A list of fields defined in the packet attached to the workflow. |
Change Order Title Field |
The field whose value will be pulled forward as the title of the Change Order. |
Reason For Change Field |
The field whose value will be pulled forward from the packet and added to the Change Order Reason For Change. |
Initiator Type |
Options are Current User, Specified User, and Field Value. |
Initiator Field |
If Field Value is selected for Initiator Type , you will be required to select the field on the form where the Change Order administrator is defined. |
Initiator User |
If Specified User is selected for Initiator Type , you will be required to select a user. |
Administrator Type |
Options are Field Value and Specified User. |
Administrator Field |
If Field Value is selected for Administrator Type , you will be required to select the field on the form where the Change Order administrator is defined. |
Administrator User |
If Specified User is selected for Administrator Type , you will be required to select a user. |
Master Document Source |
Defines where you pull the Change Order Master Document. Options are Form Report and Field Value. |
Master Document Form |
If Form Report is selected for Master Document Source , you will be required to select the form where the Form Report is defined. |
Master Document Field |
If Field Value is selected for Master Document Source , you will be required to select the field where the Master Document is attached. |
Pre-Review Group Source |
Options are Field Value and Specified User. |
Pre-Review Group Field |
If Field Value is selected for Pre-Review Group Source , you will be required to select the field on the form where the Change Order Pre-Review is defined. |
Pre-Review Group User |
If Specified User is selected for Pre-Review Group Source , you will be required to select a user. |
Formal Review Group Source |
Options are Field Value and Specified User. |
Formal Review Group Field |
If Field Value is selected for Formal Review Group Source , you will be required to select the field on the form where the Change Order Formal Review Group is defined. |
Formal Review Group User |
If Specified User is selected for Formal Review Group Source , you will be required to select a user. |
Affected Documents Field |
The Form and Field where you define the documents that will be added to the Related Documents tab of the Change Order in the Affected Documents (Editable) section. Only defined document field types will be included in the drop-down list. |
Reference Document Field |
The Form and Field where you define the documents that will be added to the Related Documents tab of the Change Order in the Referenced Documents (Read Only) section. Only defined document field types will be included in the drop-down list. |
Change Order Field |
The field that is used to link directly to Change Order CO that was launched from the Form Packet. Only defined List Object Type of Change Order entries will be included in the drop-down list. |
