Deleting Facilities

NOTE: Be very careful when deleting facilities. When a facility is being deleted, the system does not check to see whether the facility is assigned to existing forms.

To delete a facility:

  1. Click Facility List on the left side panel of the eForms window.
  2. Click the link for the Name of the facility to be deleted.

The Facility Detail page displays.

  1. Click the Delete button.

You are prompted to confirm the deletion.

  1. Click the Delete button.

The Facility List redisplays.
