Adding Form Permissions for Manual Forms

This feature is used when adding permissions to manual forms (i.e., forms that are not assigned to an automatic workflow).

 To add form permissions:

  1. Click Form Design under eForms on the Tools & Setup window.

The Form Group List page displays.

  1. Select the Form Group Name of the form to which to assign permissions.
  2. Click the Forms Detail tab.
  3. Click the Form Name.
  4. Go to the Permissions tab.
  5. Click the Edit button.
  6. Select the individuals you would like to give Read-Only or Read/Write permissions to the form and click the Add Item button to add them to the appropriate box.
  7. Click the Save button.
