Object List (Multiple)
This field type will display all of the entries in the user table or document table within TMS, allowing the user to make multiple selections. The Application Option settings determine if a preloaded pop-down displays or the selection grids display. (Refer to List of Available Application Options for additional information on setting up Application Options.)
Displayed when Pre-Loaded Application Option is set to No:
Displayed when the UI:EDIT_LIST:PRELOAD_OBJECTS option is set to Yes:
If you select the Notify checkbox when using this field type, the system automatically populates the recipient’s box with the selected users.
You can define the size of the field box by entering the height in the Field Height field on the New (or Edit) Form Field page.
