Standalone Proactive Review
If you would like the system to automatically notify the Review Group Administrators of a required review, you can auto-execute a standalone program on the server called ProActiveReview.cmd located in the TMSWeb\NotificationFunctions directory. This program can be scheduled to run using the scheduler under the control panel of the server. See your IT administrator and installation notes for more information.
You must set the following under Application Options:
- PROACTIVE_REVIEW_DAYS will allow advance notification for documents requiring review.
- PROACTIVE_REVIEW_SENDTO will notify the review group members or the Review Group Administrator. Set this Application Option to R to notify the review group members or set it to A to notify the Review Group Administrator. This option is available for only the standalone program.
NOTE: Inactive documents are not included in the proactive review process.
