Deleting, Reassigning, or Changing Activity Due Dates

There are two types of users that can delete, reassign, or change due dates of activities:

  • A user with Read/Write Permissions to the Review Group List page and also Read/Write permission to the Document Location.
  • A user who is a Review Group Administrator.

To delete activities and edit due dates, users need permissions to the following tables:

  • Read/Write (R/W) to the Document Location table of the activities, which is set under the Local Permission tab.
  • Read/Write (R/W) to the Review Group table, which is set under the Global Permission tab.
  • Read/Write (R/W) to the View All Activities table, which is set under the Global Permission tab.

Deleting, reassigning, or changing due dates of activities can be performed from the following pages:

  • Activity List page
  • Activities tab on the User Detail page
  • Activities tab on the Document Detail page

The users will also have the Administrator tab for placing documents into the review cycle. However, to receive the review complete or the signature complete activities, you will need to be the Review Group Administrator of the Review Group attached to the document.

NOTE: Activities assigned to a workflow cannot be deleted but must be reassigned.
