Document/Packet Search
The document/packet search allows you to use key words to search within the following fields:
- Document ID
- Packet ID
- Document Title
- Packet Description
There are five keywords/words groupings that can be used, as well as an open and closed flag. The search function will match all entered items and return the document/packet list. Once the combined list is returned, you can look at the Closed column on the document/packet list to determine a packet from a document. If it is a packet, it will have either Yes or No listed in the Closed column. If Yes, the column will display the date and time of the closing. If the column is blank, then it is a document and not a packet.
To open a document or packet: Click on the link under the Document/Packet ID column. This will take you to either the packet header or the Document Detail page. After selecting the specific packet or document, click the Go Back button to return to the Document Packet List page.
