Searching for a Change Order

     To search for a Change Order:

  1. Click Change Order Search on the Main Menu side panel

The system displays the search function. You can search on the following fields:

  • Change Order #
  • Title/Description (key word search)
  • Reason for Change (key word search)
  • Initiator
  • Administrator
  • Master Document
  • Location
  • Pre-Review Group
  • Formal Review Group
  • Status: Pre-Review, Pre-Review Complete, Formal Review, Formal Review Complete, Signature, Signature Complete, Complete
  • Active/Inactive/Both

Enter criteria for searching, and then click the Do Search button.

The Change Order list with Change Orders that meet the selected search criteria displays, with the following columns:

Change Order #, Title/Description, Initiator, Created Date/Time, Administrator, if applicable Closed Date (Moved to Current Date), and the Current Status of the Change Order

If a Change Order is closed, you must select No to have the Active flag pull the Change Order. Selecting No for Active will display all closed Change Orders.

Using standard document search
TIP: You can also use the standard document search for searching on basic Change Order information such as title, document ID, and description.
