Completing and Closing the Change Order

After all documents have been moved to current, the Change Order packet is considered complete and is indicated as being complete on the status line of the Change Order  list.

If the automatic program COTrainingComplete.cmd has been scheduled to execute, the Change Order Administrator will receive an e-mail when all training against the change order is complete. The e-mail will contain a direct link to the Change Order for easy closure.

Once the Change Order is complete, it can be closed at any time.

To close the Change Order, all post-implementation steps must be completed.

  1. Select the checkbox next to the appropriate step. These steps are optional and are created when initially creating the Change Order information.
  2. If there are no post-implementation steps, you can go directly to step 4.
  3. Once all the post-implementation boxes are checked, select the Close checkbox from the General tab of the Change Order packet.
  4. Select the Close Change Order checkbox.

The Change Order is officially closed and considered inactive. It is removed from the default Change Order list.
