Application Options

There are several categories of general Application Options that you should define at the start of the setup procedure:

  • Defining PDF stamping options (if applicable)
  • Setting automatic Cycle Notification parameters
  • Using Redlining
  • Setting Form and workflow parameters
  • Applying special delete functions for Documents, Users, and Packets
  • Setting values for global Application Options such as your custom title for the TMS application, your organization name, and the email server.

Once you have gone live with the system, it is recommended that you print the Application Options List page and upload it into TMS as a controlled document. This will provide version control to important parameter settings. Changes to the Application Options List page should be made only after fully understanding its impact on the system.

Use the Print Results tab to print the Application Options List page.
