Adding a Drop-Down List

To add a drop-down list:

  1. Click Drop Down Lists under Setup on the Tools & Setup panel.

The Drop Down List page displays.

  1. Click the Add button.

The New Drop Down page displays.

  1. Enter the new drop-down list name and description.
  2. Click the Save button.

The Drop Down Detail – General page displays.

  1. In the List Items box, enter the specific items to be included in the drop-down list.

  1. You can change the order of the information displayed by selecting the list entry and then clicking the Up and Down arrows located at the top of the list.
  2. When finished entering the list items, click the Add button.

Drop‑down lists are limited to 255 characters.
