Reassigning Activities

When a user changes positions, you might want to reassign their open activities to another individual.

To reassign activities to another user:

  1. Click the Reassign User Activities link on the user record’s General tab.

The User Reassignment page displays with a list of activities and associations.

NOTE: If no activities or associations display, the user does not have current activities.
  1. Select the following options for reassignment.
    • To reassign individual activities, click the Edit icon . User review activities for documents that are checked out cannot be reassigned. You must first cancel the checkout, then perform the reassignment.
    • To delete an activity, click the icon in the Delete field.
NOTE: Activities associated to a workflow cannot be deleted, they must be reassigned.
    • The Reassign All To field is used if the activities and associations can all be reassigned to another individual as a group. 
    • If applicable, click the links to be redirected to individual tables for removing the user.
