Deleting a Job

To delete a job:

  1. With the Job List page displayed, click the job name link.

The Jobs Detail page displays. If you have the appropriate permission, the Delete button displays.

  1. Click the Delete button to delete the job.

You are prompted to confirm the deletion.

  1. Click the Delete link to confirm the deletion.

The job is removed from the Jobs List page.

NOTE: You cannot delete a job in which there are relationships to documents or employee job planning. Remove these relationships before deleting the job. Select the appropriate tab and perform the Edit function. For example, you must remove all relationships under the JOB REQUIREMENT, JOB PLANNING, and SUB JOB tabs before the system will allow you to delete a job.
