Adding Activity Categories

Before adding activities, you must create an activity category for grouping your activities. Activities would be grouped and displayed on the forms within the Notification button.

To add an activity category:

  1. Click Activity Category List under eForms on the Tools & Setup window.

The Activity Category List page displays.

NOTE: You must have permission to access the Forms option. Refer to Adding Forms Permissions to a Permission Group. 
  1. Click the Add button.

The New Activity Category Detail page displays.

  1. Enter a Name and Description for the category, then click the Save button.
NOTE: Certain activity categories are unable to be deleted. The system displays a message indicating that the activity category is a system category and cannot be deleted.
