Adding Facilities

Data for forms can be grouped into facilities. Facilities are part of the packet header and can be used when creating the packet number. You can limit the facility drop-down list during packet creation by assigning the facilities to locations. Once a location is selected when entering a form, the facility list will load. If no locations are assigned to the facilities, the entire list of facilities will display. The use of facilities during the packet creation is selected in the packet default settings in Form design.

To add a facility:

  1. Click Facility List on the left side panel of the eForms window.
  2. Click the Add button.
  3. On the New Facility page, enter the facility name, description, and location.

    1. Click the Save button.

The Facility Detail – General page displays.

  1. Enter the Facility Code.
  2. Click the Save button.
