To sign off on employee training by selecting a group of employees for a particular document:

  1. From the My TMS page, click the Filter Search button.

The Activity Search page displays.

  1. Enter the appropriate Document ID and training activity.
  2. Enter the Activity Type for your training activity.

  1. Click the Do Search button.

The Manager Signoff page displays. It includes a Training Sign Off column, and Rev. Level, Document Title, Document ID, Activity Type, Activity For, and Due Date columns.

NOTE: This feature applies only to Training activities.
  1. If you would like to sign off on all the activities, click the Select All button at the top of the page. You can individually clear the Training Sign Off checkboxes for employees who may not have received training.
  2. Click the Sign Off button.

The system prompts for the standard manager signoff and allows you to enter Manager Comments about the training and to override the Training Effective Date.

    1. Enter comments (if applicable), an effective training date, and a valid password, then click the Sign button.

The system creates training records for all the selected employees. These training records can be viewed from the Training tab on the Document Detail page. If manager comments were entered, they are displayed with the training record (see the example below). A Print Results tab allows for printing a hard copy of the page.
