Auto-Notification of Overdue Activities
If using automatic e-mail notification for overdue activities, you must set the flags located in the Application Options. (Refer to List of Available Application Options).
After setting the flags, you must schedule the automatic program on the server to execute automatically. To do this you must have your IT administrator schedule the program using the scheduler under the control panel. The program is located on the web server under TMSWeb/Components and is called overduenotification.exe. See your IT administrator and installation notes for more information.
