Deviation Reports

In TMS, you can view employee training gaps (deviations) in several reports.

Because deviation reports allow users with proper permissions to create activities and send e-mail notifications, the reports require you to select report parameters. Selecting parameters prevents users from accidentally defaulting to the entire database, which could significantly affect the performance of your e-mail system if you have numerous jobs, documents, and users.

If you do not select parameters, the system displays a message in red indicating that you must provide filter information.

The following reports identify training deviations:

• Training Deviation by Job and Employee (special request required; contact QSI if this report is needed) 
• Training Deviation by Job and Employee Using Job Planning
• Training Deviation by Location and Document (special request required; contact QSI if this report is needed)
• Training Deviation by Location and Document Using Job Planning
