Signature Stage

To place the Change Order into the Signature stage:

  1. Select the Signature checkbox.

The Notification  page, which is used to send signature activities, displays. Recipients will be pulled from the Review Group assigned to the change order. You can add and delete recipients on this page.

  1. Click the Send Notification tab.

The Workflow page displays. After all signers have signed off on the change order documents, you will receive a Change Order Signature Complete activity.

  1. Click the Complete link on the Workflow page or the Comp’d checkbox on the Change Order Signatures Complete activity. The Workflow page displays and the Move to Current checkbox is enabled.
