My TMS
Training Dashboard
The Training dashboard on the My TMS page allows users to see a snapshot of their training matrix in graphical and numeric format, and links the individual to the User Detail – Job Training tab.
The dashboard includes the following sections:
- Completed. Displays completed training based on job planning.
- Pending. Displays open pending training record based on job planning.
- Required. Displays required training that has not been scheduled and is based on the individual’s job planning.
Training Details
Selecting the View Training Details link under the progress bar on the My TMS window displays the User Detail – Job Training tab. This tab includes a complete listing of Training history, including Training Certifications.
To view a Training Certificate, click the printer icon located next to the time stamp of the training activity.
