Searching for Form Information

When designing eForms and designating which fields within your form packet you would like to search on, the form search function displays after selecting the filter search option in the upper left corner of the form. Once displayed, you can enter as much data into the forms as required to narrow in on the specific information you would like to see. Once the results are listed, the search function will collapse and a list of packets that meet your criteria will display. The packet list displays the Packet ID, Status of Workflow Step, Description, Location, Created By, Initiated Date, and, if applicable, Closed (Yes or No) and Closed Date. Optional fields will also display if using the parameter SHOW_IN_SEARCH_RESULTS=1;.

To sort the packet ID or the description of the returned packets, click the column header.
