Limit Form Displaying
The following criteria that must be met for a form to be omitted from the Form Menu List:
- The form must have a default location assigned on the Form Group Detail General page.
- The user must have no permissions to the Packet Group default location assigned in Step # 1.
- The user must belong to a permission group for which the setting under the General Permission is set to Yes for Lock Packet Header Fields When Adding in Workflow.
- Form Packet must be attached to a workflow.
CAUTION: You are unable to use the Make Packet Description Required feature (Option # 3 above) if you would like to Limit Form displaying.
