Change Control
If you have a standard form used for requesting changes to documents, you can add this document as a controlled form within TMS. Individuals requesting changes to documents can search for this form in TMS and fill out the required information. The completed document (change request) can then be sent to the document administrator for publishing.
The intent of the Change Control Module is to enable users to group documents together (as a package) and attach them to a change control document for the purpose of modification and approval. These instructions assume familiarity with the standard TMS document management and routing process (refer to Document Control).
