Accepting Reviewer Changes to a Document

Once all reviewers have completed their review activities, a Document Revision Complete activity is automatically added to the Review Group Administrator’s activity list.

To accept/reject changes to the document, and before proceeding to the signoff process, the Review Group Administrator should:

  1. Check out the document.
  2. Review the changes that were made by reviewers and accept/reject them.
  3. Save the document.
  4. Check the document back in.

Selecting the Complete  checkbox for this activity automatically invokes Step 3: (Notify for Signatures). If this step needs to be redone for any reason, simply uncheck Step 2, and click the Delete link. This would remove ALL the activities. Rechecking Step 2 will allow for another round of revision activities. Note that this deletes only the activities and not the document from the revision directory.

NOTE: Step 2 of the review process can be repeated as many times as necessary to prepare the document for approval.
