Created by, Updated by
The system records and displays the Created by Date/Time and Name, as well as the Updated by Date/Time and Name, on all General tabs for major tables. The relationship tables display only the Updated Date/Time. The terms Created and Updated are described as follows:
- Created: System-generated and cannot be changed. This is the date/time and individual who created the record. If blank, the record was created during installation or the user has been deleted.
- Updated: System-generated and cannot be changed. This is the date/time and individual who last changed the record. If blank, the user has been deleted or the record was never updated.
