Requires Current Training to View Documents Flag
If using the flags called Requires Current Training to View Documents, an individual will not be allowed to view the document without a current training record. They will receive the following default message when using the Preview icon.
To change the default message, select the REQCUR_TRAINING option under Application Options. Refer to List of Available Application Options for more information.
NOTE: After setting flags for Requires Current Training to View Documents, you must initiate a logoff/logon before settings take effect.
